Volunteering

Volunteering at MMS

Meadowdale Middle School is always in need of parents and community members who would like to volunteer their time to assist our students and staff in a variety of ways. To be part of our valuable volunteer program, you need to complete the paperwork and make sure we have your current email address. All volunteers must have a completed and cleared Washington State Patrol Background Check on file in the office prior to volunteering.

Music Chaperones need to provide a copy of your driver’s license; insurance policy; and driving record—You can get a copy of your driving record from the Department of Licensing online www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/requestyourrecord.html and pay the $10 fee with your credit card.

Turn in all forms to our office manager, Sue Raymond for processing 2 days prior to volunteering. Forms are available on this Website or in our school office. Each school needs this paperwork on file and updated every year, before a volunteer can begin helping on campus.
