Parent Club

Parent Club Mission Statement

Meadowdale Middle School Parents' Club is a community of parents who work together with school staff and students to plan and facilitate family and community events, enhance school/home communication, and coordinate volunteering opportunities to provide support for the school’s educational goals.

Parent Club is open to all parents and guardians at MMS. Parent Club provides volunteer and financial support to our students, classrooms, staff and ASB. We support MMS' academic programs including 4.0 Breakfast, Experience Excellence Privilege Awards, Teacher Grants, Staff Appreciation and more.

Opportunities to Stay Informed

Read Viking Notes emailed from MMS each week

Each week MMS sends out an email highlighting important news and activities for the week.  Once school starts, if you are not receiving it, contact the office.

Attend Parent Club Meetings

Once a month the Parent Club meets in the MMS Library with Mr. Webster to discuss what is needed from our group for the month and to talk through any issues that need family input and support.  Check the school calendar for the next meeting.  Contact us at parentclubmms@gmail.com

Opportunities to Support School Activities

Volunteer

Although volunteer opportunities are more limited in Middle School, Parent Club has many ways in which you can be involved.  We encourage you to follow our Facebook page and Instagram to find out what is happening at school.  Remember, if you are going to volunteer at school, you do need to complete a District Volunteer Packet.

 If you need reimbursement for funds that were spent with approval from the Parent Club Board please download the form, fill it out and submit it along with any receipts to the Parent Club
